The large living area is where you can sit and relax and just gaze out the window at the sea view, or read a good book.
Or you can always catch up with your favourite Netflix series on the Smart TV.There's a comfy sofa with cosy throws to recline on while gazing or reading.
The little dining space is perfect if you just want to eat-in.There's a writing bureau, should you want to do some work, or send an old fashioned letter! Oh, if you do, you can post it in the red letterbox just outside, daily collections.
There are some board games like the old favourite Scrabble and a small, but growing collection of books. The original part of the cottage was built around 400 years ago, so we are told. It has lots of original charm, in particular the head height....some doorways are a little small, so mind your head!Wifi is also good.
The large living area with TV also incorporates a little food preparation and dining area.
You'll find a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle along with utensils and chopping board. Plates, bowls, glasses and wine and Prosecco glasses are supplied too.
All this is so you can easily prepare and heat food and dine-in, if you wish!*
If you love good coffee there's local ground coffee and a cafetiere. And for tea lovers there's a little selection, including loose leaf tea and an infuser teapot for the perfect brew! Use the fridge to chill beer, wine or Prosecco, so you can relax and enjoy a glass of something in the evening...maybe even in the Secret Garden, weather permitting!*Please note, there is no separate kitchen and so no stove top cooker, just the microwave and the above facilities which should be adequate for simple dining.
The landing area has this little vintage sink area, perfect for filling the kettle and washing a few dishes.

We had a gorgeous two nights stay at the Pink Cottage, Heather has a real eye for interiors and attention to detail.Little touches like pillow spray and a bath salt blend to avail of in the free-standing tub made it feel homely and considered.
