The Pink Cottage is situated on a stunning rural headland walk that leads to Blackhead Lighthouse & a coastal path which meanders along to the Victorian town of Whitehead in Northern Ireland.

Coastal Path and Lighthouse



Tread the coastal path tottering on a cliff-edge around the lighthouse and journey on to the wonderfully colourful promenade of Whitehead.

A dramatic part of the walk is around sea level , look for the caves and look out for The Wren's Eggs which are large glacial boulders left there 10,000 years ago!

And if you take a stroll after dusk you'll see the lighthouse beams reaching across the sea!

Stroll along the promenade atWhitehead with its striking colourfull Victorian houses.

From here you can enjoy coffee and lunch.
